Which financial services are perceived to be the most important to Kenyans, and why? This interactive heat map draws from the 2016 FinAccess household survey and displays the percentage of people using a range of financial services, the percentage of users who cited that financial service as their most important and the distribution of reasons why a particular financial service was reported as the most important. The data presented in this tool is meant to provide a way to identify the services that appear to be providing the most value to Kenyans and the reasons as to why they are valued.
