Graham is a professor of International Development and Head of Social Sciences at the University of Western Australia. After completing his PhD at the University of Nottingham, UK, he worked at the University of Oxford Department of International Development for five years before moving to the University of Bath, UK. Graham has been a visiting fellow at Stanford University and the National University of Singapore, and holds research associate status with the University of Oxford, Leuven University, and the University of Auckland.
