The Agent Network Accelerator survey focuses on identifying the operational determinants of success in agent network management in the following areas: quality of provider support, agent & agency demographics, core agency operations, liquidity management and business model viability. The 2014 dataset is not yet available publicly, but the 2014 findings can be accessed at the Helix Institute of Digital Finance’s website here.
