Financial Sector Deepening Kenya (FSD Kenya) and the Financial Access Initiative (FAI) at New York University (NYU) will launch new findings from the Kenya Small Firm Diaries study on Tuesday, 23rd May 2023, from 07.30 am to 10.00 am (EAT)

The Kenya Small Firm Diaries study was conducted by FSD Kenya and the Financial Access Initiative (FAI) at New York University (NYU) with funding support from Mastercard Center for Inclusive Growth, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Argidius Foundation, the Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE) and others. More about Small Firm Dairies here.

The Kenya study is part of a research initiative active in 7 countries (Kenya, Uganda, Colombia, Indonesia, Nigeria, Ethiopia and Fiji). It will provide ground-breaking data on the financial behaviour, priorities, and challenges faced by small businesses, and generate cross-country comparisons.
