The National Treasury and Economic Planning in partnership with FSD Kenya will host a side event at COP28.
This side event will cover specific green and climate finance areas such as: county green and climate bonds; greening the financial sector among others and will include a panel discussion with high-level government officials, private sector actors, donor agencies and experts to discuss the opportunities in scaling up green finance and investments in Kenya.
The event will also provide an opportunity to discuss the role of policies and domestic enabling conditions to encourage private investment in green infrastructure and businesses in Kenya.
