Financial Sector Deepening (FSD) Kenya hosted a half-day workshop in Nairobi to disseminate the findings of the recent feasibility study conducted in partnership with the Agricultural Finance Corporation (AFC), Warehouse Receipt System Council (WRSC), and Agra on warehouse receipt financing in Kenya.

The workshop aimed to share insights from the feasibility study, which assessed demand-side, supply-side, and environmental factors influencing the design and implementation of a warehouse receipt finance solution. It featured interactive presentations, Q&A sessions, and panel discussions to gather valuable feedback and perspectives. This collaborative effort was intended to refine the proposed solution design to better meet the needs and challenges faced by smallholder farmers  and other stakeholders in the agricultural value chain.
