Tyler Tappendorf is a Digital Financial Service Design & Research Consultant supporting innovative digital financial services and financial inclusion initiatives in Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean. Tyler contributes as a Senior Design Researcher at 17 Triggers, a behaviour change lab that partners with companies to understand and design for emerging consumers.  Previously, he was the Co-Founder and Head of Customer Experience of microinsurance provider Inclusivity Solutions, and a Research Associate with the Centre for Financial Regulation and Inclusion (Cenfri).
