The National Law Center for Inter-American Free Trade (NatLaw) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit research and legal reform institution affiliated with the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. Founded in 1992, NatLaw works closely with the public and private sector entities and developing countries and communities to help micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) thrive through increased access to credit and investment by creating legal frameworks that protect the rights of all parties.
