Lois Eva Adongo is a Financial Inclusion and Digital Financial Services (DFS) Expert who not only is passionate about all things inclusive; but also has a mix of business entrepreneurship, technology, operations, and social impact. On a practical level, Eva has a proven track record in scoping out and prioritizing opportunities for digitization; conducting due diligence on prospects; and evaluating high impact opportunities and investment proposals from multiple perspectives (strategic fit, expected impact, market opportunity, operational capability, business model, financial performance, etc.). She is also well versed with key developments, research and industry trends centered around innovative use of technology to achieve social impact. Lois Eva has been with FSD Kenya since 2014 as an Innovations Specialist, a position she held until 2017. She later re-joined the organization in 2017 as Project Manager of the SIDA-funded Trade Facilitation Project. Prior to FSD Kenya, Lois Eva has worked with Mercy Corps, Roshan Telecom, and Safaricom Limited. Lois Eva holds a master’s in international development from Andrews University, Michigan USA, and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Eastern Africa Baraton. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPAK). Country Work Experience: Myanmar (Burma), Uganda, Pakistan, Haiti, Afghanistan, Kenya, and Rwanda.
