He led the technical aspects of the Government’s first vehicle leasing program for the security agencies. He is a seasoned professional accountant and financial analyst with over 30 years broad experience in auditing, financial management, consultancy and senior management in the public and private sectors specialising in the banking, financial services and payments sectors.
