Duncan supports the Head of GrowthCap in managing the project which aims to build capacity in the financial sector for providing high quality SME centred financial products and services. Amongst his roles is managing partnerships between GrowthCap and some of the selected Action Research Partners, acting as a point of contact to facilitate communication between the organisations. Other tasks assigned to him include international and local consultants, team development, as well as knowledge capture within the project.
