Plounne is the project manager driving government to person payments (G2P) strategies that FSD Kenya is involved in. The overall strategy of G2P is to expand and enhance a sustainable market for government payments as a means to achieve impact on the overall objectives of moving towards cash-lite and expanding financial inclusion. Her main tasks are but not limited to project planning and implementation, overseeing all projects selected for support under the G2P, identifying opportunities for FSD Kenya project investment in line with its cash-lite agenda, providing oversight and technical support to partners in implementation of G2P projects, project budget monitoring, procurement, contracting and payments, managing research from projects, communication and information dissemination of projects and liaising with key stakeholders.
