Julius Anyega

Julius has over 20 years’ experience in the Not-For-Profit and the NGO sectors. Prior to joining FSD Kenya, Julius was the Deputy Director, Business Operations at Global Implementation Solutions where he managed and coordinated the work of the Finance and Operations units by providing financial oversight of the country offices, setting up and enforcing the risk management and control framework, leading the planning and budgeting processes, and coordinating the work of the operations team. Before that, he held several positions at Oxfam GB, European Commission, Education Development center (EDC), Christian Aid, Heifer International, John Snow Inc., Management Sciences for Health (MSH), and Relief International, which included Regional Finance Director for Africa, Regional Finance and Administration Director for East Africa, and Regional Finance and Compliance Manager for East, South and Western Africa. He holds a BSc. Business Administration from United States International University (USIU) and is a Certified Public Accountant (K).
