Francis Karugu
Results Specialist
Francis is a results specialist with a passion for evidence-based results. He has previously worked with large development programmes in agriculture, access to finance and financial inclusion, and trade facilitation. Francis has a Master of Science degree (Finance and Investments) from the University of Nairobi. He is a 2020 Global Justice Fellow at Yale University.
