James develops and oversees the implementation of projects in FSDs inclusive growth agenda. At the heart of inclusive growth is the belief that economic growth must be shared for a country to continue to be stable and prosperous. A vibrant community of small and growing businesses is the key to sharing this growth through higher employment and incomes. The Inclusive Growth theme works to increase financial access to these small and medium enterprises (SMEs) through projects and activities in five areas; i) Financial product development ii) credit bureau implementation iii) capacity building iv) equity finance support and iv) knowledge generation.
