Hildah Chao is a field research analyst at Digital Divide Data Kenya. Hildah came to DDD from Ipsos-Kenya, where she worked as a qualitative research consultant. She has also worked for Research Guide Africa as a social and market researcher. Previously, she worked for Internews Network Kenya as a monitoring and evaluation consultant for their media programmes. At DDD, Hildah has worked for the Kenya Financial Diaries project where she gained experience on financial lives of the low income in Kenya. She holds a bachelor’s degree in development studies from Mount Kenya University and a diploma in mass communication.
