Lydiah is responsible for managing and overseeing the organisation’s overall procurement, administrative and human resource functions. She previously worked with development organisations and joined FSD Kenya at its inception after working with the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), the FCDO Business Partnerships Project, the Danish International Development Agency (DANIDA) and Kenya Shell.
