Wanza leads FSD Kenya's direct poverty impact theme whose work is directly targeted at the lower segment of the financial services market, mainly lower-income households. Projects currently under her care can be classified into community based financial services intermediation and graduation. In addition, she is closely engaged with FSD Kenya's agricultural finance work. On-going interventions within the poverty impact theme include savings groups, FSA transformation, SACCO reforms and graduation.
